This year’s i.LEVEL highlights

What a year it’s been – time has flown by, but developments in fashion have flown even faster. It’s a time of profound disruption but whilst it’s as challenging a time as anyone can remember, it’s also an era of incredible opportunity.

We’d like to think we’ve played our part in 2019 helping our partner brands maximise the opportunities in front of them. Here’s a roll call of some of the things we’ve developed:

  • B2B Wholesale Webstore: this has been our flagship launch in 2019. It allows retailers to view and select the lines they want with all orders placed immediately into a brand’s own stock system for rapid dispatch. Crucially it also lets brands retain full control over who sees prices and who can browse lines. This safeguards a brand’s pricing strategy with each individual retail client. Here’s more info…
  • SilkFred integration: SilkFred is an online phenomenon, championing indie labels and upcoming designers. With nearly a million followers, the company stocks over 600 brands including many client brands of ours such as Urban Mist, Goldkid London, Feverfish, Blue Vanilla, AX Paris, Miss Truth etc. SilkFred stands out by adopting a social media look and feel across its platform – customers can view what others have bought – and it’s a clever mix of social media and ecommerce. Here’s more info on our integration…
  • Distribution Portal: As the world becomes ever more connected, many UK fashion brands are finding considerable success selling abroad. If you need any evidence, just look at this week’s news that Joules Clothing has seen a 17% increase in overseas sales which has helped it deliver a ‘surge in revenue’. Our new distribution portal lets the user push clothing orders to the portal from where a distribution company can pick, pack and dispatch. It’s intuitive to use, quick to enable and demands hardly any training. It can be used in the U.S. as well as the UK, Germany, France and many other countries worldwide. Here’s more info…
  • Bergen Logistics integration: We have developed an integration with Bergen Logistics, a global order fulfilment company that specialises in fashion and lifestyle. This U.S. integration lets brands who want to create a single partnership with a U.S. fulfilment house do so easily. Bergen has 6 major hubs spread across the States and orders can be individually picked, tagged, bagged, and packed according to customers’ needs.  Here’s more info…
  • V17 upgrade: In March, we launched and rolled out our all new platform. It’s a significant improvement across many areas, and came with a number of fixes and improvements. These included ASOS box-end labels; websales statistics on the live dashboard; ability to add up to four RRP currencies; weekly SKU report; and many more upgrades and fixes. This upgrade also ensures a faster speed because it allows our brand clients to make full use of multi-core processors. Here’s more info…

Those were some of the highlights but there were many ongoing projects, fixes and upgrades happening throughout the year. To this end, we need to thank our Bedford development team who have worked tirelessly across all our IT infrastructure and platforms to give our partner fashion brands the very best fashion-specific software available anywhere.

If you manage a fashion brand and are looking at solutions covering stock control, wholesale, concessions, and other solutions such as barcode scanning, EPOS, etc drop us a line at or call us on 01234 761 757. We’d be more than happy to demo our solutions in person or over screenshare.

We’d like to wish all our client brands the best of luck when non-essential High Street retail reopens again on Monday. Fingers crossed that the pent up demand for the new season’s styles is strong and that the clothing flies off the shelves. We don’t want to look back at the last few months – […]
