If you’re reading this, you’ll know that we have just launched our new customer website. We’ve aimed to keep it clean, modern, fresh and most importantly, informative. We hope you like it!

The assets and resources that you still need from i.LEVEL (software downloads, API documentation, etc) are still accessible and available.

We’ve timed the launch to coincide with the start of a New Year and we remain as confident as ever in the resilience of the fashion industry. With online shopping ever-increasing in importance, much of our current development is focused on helping our client brands maximise eCommerce channels – this year will see a number of launches related to this. Announcements will be made in due course.

If you need tech support, our opening hours are back to normal after our Christmas break and are as follows:

Monday: 09:00 – 17:00

Tuesday: 09:00 – 17:00

Wednesday: 09:00 – 17:00

Thursday: 09:00 – 17:00

Friday: 09:00 – 16:00

Saturday: Closed

Sunday: Closed

Once again, a Happy New Year and we hope you enjoy our new website!
